Favourite finds 2015: Prairie Charms

At the start of the year I attending a blogger meet where I found the fabulous company Prairie Charms. I fell in love with their products straight away and quickly formed a lovely relationship with the company. They went out of their way to get me all the different coloured glitter bows I wanted for me and my daughter (Amber) to share, which meant a lot to us. So not only do I love their products, my daughter does too. Something for both of us!

Prairie Charms do a fabulous subscription box the #PrairiePizzazzz and inside one of my boxes I received a gorgeous bespoke floral crown which was super beautiful. Prairie charms do bespoke items to order and have done so many amazing items, check out their Instagram or Twitter to see more product ideas.

Prairie Charms stock so many products that are right up my street, I was super happy with my Washi Tape bundle for my Personal Planner that I received. If you follow their Twitter account they do many great bundle surprise deals and always have fast delivery on them as they are ready to go.

One of my favourite obsessions of the year is candles and melts so when I received the cutest melts I have ever seen in one of my Prairie Charms boxes I was sooo happy, I did a big 'ooooooo'. Just look how cute my skull melts are, but I still haven't melted them as they are just so beautiful to look at.

I have said this previously but I adore the knot hair ties for my hair and my daughters fragile fine hair. They are so much more gentle and Prairie Charms have some amazing designs.

I attended another blogger event later on this year which had an amazing prize from Prairie Charms which I was desperate to have. I entered and was super lucky to win. It was a glass jar filled with bows and beads, pure heaven. I can't tell you how excited both myself and my daughter was about opening and going through this. Just look at how ace it is.

So there is just a few of my many Prairie Charms goodies I wanted to share with you, do go check them out for yourself and let me know what's on your WishList.

Love Me Beauty Box

On the look out for a new Beauty Subscription box? Then the Love Me Beauty box is a fab one to try. I think the Love Me Beauty box stands out from alternative subscription services as you pick exactly what you want inside your box, which means no nasty surprises! If you want a nice surprise stay tuned till the end for my fab discount code.

Here is a fabulous selection of just some of the products that you can select to receive in your Love Me Beauty Box at the moment. They are constantly updating the amazing boutique and including more and more great brands and products. Each month you receive 60 credits which can be topped up with more if you want additional goodies with their add-on packages. You then select the products that you want and they come straight to your door. Simple.

As well as incredible beauty brands Love Me Beauty have launched a Jewellery range, I have a beautiful Gold look necklace with raw cut aquamarine stone. This pretty piece is 20 credits in the boutique shop with most items ranging from 10-20 credits.

Another new range to the boutique is the Cailyn makeup which has eyeshadow and brow products currently available. I adore eyeshadow sticks as they are so quick and easy to use so my gel eyeshadow pencil in the shade Midnight was perfect.

I have tried a few Nuxe products with the hair and body oil being my favourite, this travel sized hand and nail cream for 10 credits is amazing to carry around in my handbag for a boost during the day. It contains Honey, Sunflower, precious oils and Vitamin E.

One beauty product that I really don't need anymore of but can never resist is a nail polish. I love Nails Inc products and think Navy is the perfect shade for Autumn/Winter months. The Nails Inc Gel effect polishes are often on the Love Me Beauty boutique, they have amazing thick coverage and mine is in the shade Old Burlington Street. 20 credits.

I'm loving trying different hair care products at the moment as my hair is feeling super fine and crappy. I have previously used the Neal & Wolfe heat protection spray that I got at a Blogger Meet up earlier on in the year, I adored this product as it smelt lovely and was super sad when it ran out. So was excited when I heard Neal & Wolfe was available on Love Me Beauty and can't wait to try my Intensive Hair Shampoo, just need a good conditioner to go with.

Another brand that I have tried before and enjoyed is Percy & Reed, and Love Me Beauty have many of their amazing products. I have the dry instant volumising spray which is amazing for adding volume as the name suggests.

A product I went 'ooooooo' when I spotted was the Himalayan Detox Salts, they sound incredible. Please let me know in the comments if you have tried any good detox salts and any recommendations on the best way to use them. I can't wait to try them out.

I'm sure you will visit the site yourself to check out all the other amazing products on Lovemebeauty.com where they now have Dr Paw Paw on the boutique for 10 credits, which is a product I have always wanted to try out.

And if you want to try a box out for yourself I have an incredible discount for you to get your first box for half price! Use the code karen50 to gain this amazing deal and let me know in the comments below what you picked.

Gift Guide: Stationary & Books

Welcome to my first Gift Guide! I want to first apologise for my lack of blogposts and how late this one is, sadly due to sickness. I have gathered together some gift ideas that I love and think would make lovely presents for yourself and others.

I'm a massive follower of lots of gorgeous Youtubers and I love buying their books to have in my collection and to support them. The Fleur De Force Glam Guide book is perfect for any Beauty and Fashion lover. The book is super cute and has absolutely amazing illustrations. Another favourite which covers those things and more is the Tanya Burr Love Tanya book. This is fab as it has all things fab like beauty, fashion, advice, personal and an ace baking section. I can't wait for Tanya's baking book to come out next year, will definitely be purchasing.

Another amazing lady I follow on YouTube is Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter, her book is an amazing one to check out also but I love my diary that she brought out. A very kind friend brought this for me and sent it to me when I couldn't locate it earlier in the year, I'm so glad she did as it's super beautiful and well thought out. It's so motivating and different to any of diary I have ever owned, with quotes and hashtags to use throughout the year. You really must check it out.

Moving on to some personalised stationary which is always a lovely gift for any time of the year. I have had my Personal Planner for a couple of months now and have really been enjoying using it and decorating it with planner stickers/accessories. I loved that I created it all myself online from the front/back cover, layout, colours and so much more. The personal planners are available in a few different shapes and sizes to suit all.

Another place that does amazing personalised stationary is Chroma Stationary, their notepads always look incredible. Chroma Stationary have a newbie to their line with personalised pens*, these are a fab pressie idea and are only £2.50. Go check their website out and let me know what you would create.

A fab idea for all the family is Adult Colouring books! Myself, my husband and my kids all love them. They are super pretty, great for relaxing and keeps my house quiet. We have a number of different colouring books but a newer and beautiful one is the Joanna Basford Lost Ocean book*. It has incredible illustrations and fab theming.

If you do have kiddies in your life or just adore some amazing kids books then Pavilion Books have two lovely options to share. A special 150th Anniversary edition of the beautiful Alice's Adventures in Wonderland which contains absolutely amazing watercolour illustrations and is a stunning gift. RRP £9.99*. Another is a Classic story of Christmas with a Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens brought to life by Quentin Blake illustrations. RRP £12.99*.

And lastly for the Beauty lover who like to create their own natural beauty remedies, the Neals Yard Remedies Beauty Book. So many fab ideas and ways to make all manor of things from lip balm, skincare and my favourite Bath Bombs.

That's it! I hope you enjoyed my first gift guide, I haven't included many links as most these can be purchased in different locations so just google them if your interested at all.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope your all enjoying the festiveness of December and remember to watch as many Christmas films that you get time for! Speak soon. Karen x JinksyBeauty x
