Candle Belle Mega Melts

I'm sure you know by now that I'm totally candle and melt obsessed, but these new Candle Belle Mega Melts have me real excited. I'm pretty positive that once you have read this post and seen the amazing scents they do, you will be clicking on their website to check out some more.

I mean first of all, just how darn cute are the little (not so little) tubs? They are called mega melts so are a fab size, I have been cutting them in half which really makes them great value for money.

Each melt brought individually cost £2.00 but brought in a bundle of nine you can make a great saving, and get them all for £12.50. Or alternatively they do an amazing #MegaMeltBox, which is a subscription box where they send you 9 Mega Melt's at only £11.00 a month, sounds perfect to me!

Now let's talk about scents! Candle Belle do some of the most amazing scents I have ever seen. When I clicked on the page showing all the 55 scents I couldn't quite believe it, I literally want them all. I found it extremely difficult to pick only nine scents, but here are the scents I picked:

Strawberry & Rhubarb
Raspberry Ripple
Red Delicious
Black Cherry Bomb
Cookie Dough
Loco Coco Lime
Pink Candyfloss
Baby Powder
Spring Tulips

Now not only do they have great scents but these Mega Melts are just perfect at getting that scent out to my precious nostrils when lit! They have a fabulous throw and really make an impact in the room without being overpowering.

The very first melt I used was the Black Cherry Bomb, and it's incredible, really really enjoyed this one. The only problem I had with it, is it made me really really hungry! Haha. I have since used Strawberry & Rhubarb, Raspberry Ripple and another favourite in Baby Powder. You really must check out candlebelle.co.uk for yourself and see what other unique scents they stock.

Let me know which scents you would go for.

Thanks for stopping by.

Birchbox points haul ...

I'm so super fussy about what I spend my Birchbox points on, but as soon as I saw Rifle Paper Co had some newbies on there I had to have some. I'm a little stationary obsessed right now, loving shops like Paperchase, Tkmaxx & HomeSense.

I ordered these the day my Birchbox arrived this month after seeing what fabulous quality the Rifle Paper Co products were. I have the desktop organiser which I think will be a perfect mousemat for my iMac when I can purchase that. The to do list pad, duo notepads and my newbie skincare product. I upgraded my box this month to include the adorable two mini notepads for an extra £4.00, I'm so glad I did, I think they are beautiful.

The notepads I ordered with my Birchbox points I actually expected to be the same size as the ones I received with my Birchbox subscription, but they are actually a lot bigger which is great. I now have different sizes, some for my handbag and some for at home.

I had heard great things about Sarah Chapman Skinesis range and have wanted got try some for myself for a while. They have the most amazing looking 3D Sheet masks and Facialift tool that I'm dying to try out. So for my newbie skincare product I ordered the Rapid Radiance Cleanser along with my stationary bits as this has amazing reviews. I used it once last night and I have to say it's lovely, I cant wait to hopefully start seeing a better skintone on my face, as lots have raved it helps with this.

I have soooo many more items on my Birchbox WishList. What's on yours?

My free Graze box ...

I've started a newbie subscription box, and this time it's not beauty related! As I'm not the best eater I thought I would push myself to try some new things. Graze box seemed the perfect option as it sends a different variety of healthy snacks direct through your door.

I spotted a code online where I could try the first box for free, no ties, no commitment and could cancel at any time. So I signed up with that code and this is my first free box, each other box is still only £3.99 delivered.

After signing up I went through the options to deselect certain foods that I didn't want to be sent, like bananas and olive boxes. You can also select if you want a variety box which is what I want for, a light box of the lowest calorie snacks or protein box. After you have started their are many more options of boxes to pick, it's so easily customisable.

With Graze box you can decide if you want it delivered twice a week, once a week or fortnightly depending on how many snacks you want delivered. You can even pick the day of the week your box will arrive. I opted for the once a week for now, but it can be changed at any time.

They also have a Bin, Try, Like and Love button under each different snack (there is over 150 different snacks), so you can let Graze know you preferences. If you select Bin they won't ever send you that snack.

I really wanted to try the a Toffee Apple snack box, so I selected Love on that and it got sent in my first box to try. The more you rate products the better Graze box knows you, and knows what to send.

I'm so impressed so far and think it's definitely something I'm going to carry on with for a while to see how it goes. It's so worth, even if you just do it to get your free box, to see how you get on.

I have a code that can gain my friends and family to get their first, fifth and tenth boxes for free! How amazing is that! So as you are all my friends, I will pass this on to you. Use this link to sign up and you will automatically gain this fab deal. Or use the code PC9G4CY5B.

Let me know if you sign up and thanks so much for stopping by. Speak soon

April Glossybox ...

This month is flying by and I just realised I haven't shared my fabulous Glossybox contents with you. It has a great mixture of makeup, skincare and nailcare, with four of my items being full size. The thing I really like about Glossybox is that you really feel like you get value for money, with the sizes you get inside the box compared to other beauty boxes.

The first item that I was most excited about was the Leighton Denny miracle mist to help speed dry your nail polish. As I have had all these items sat in the box awaiting to do this post, I haven't tried it out yet, but will be doing my nails later on today. It contains Vitamin E to help nourish the cuticles and just sounds perfect for me as I constantly painting my nails. RRP £12.00. leightondennyexpertnails.com

A rather pricey item in my box and one I'm intrigued to try, is the Swiss smile whitening toothpaste. This is worth £28.95!!! Say whhaaattt!!! For a toothpaste this is a rather huge price tag I think. So I really expect to see some difference when using this for sure. swiss-smile-beauty.com

A small sample and one I already own is The Body Shop oils of life facial oil. I'm still rather sceptical to use another facial oil after the last three I have tried have left me with a nasty rash, I'm not sure if it's because I have oily skin or not? If you have any explanation then please let me know in the comments. Full size £28. thebodyshop.co.uk

Every box contains the Studio 10 brow lift perfecting liner in a universal shade. Such a fab product to include as its part of the look good feel better range to support women with cancer. It's a double ended pencil to colour and highlight the brows enriched with Vitamin E and most importantly is paraben free.

As its a universal product for all, it isn't too dark and isn't too light. I personally like a strong brow as it really helps shape my face and bring all my makeup together but if ever I want it more natural this will be fab. £22.00. studio10beauty.com

Next have their very own makeup range that I am yet to try out so I was excited when I saw this chubby stick in my box. I believe most boxes contained a product from the 'make me beautiful' range, and even saw some people had an eyeshadow palette which is cool.

My sheer chubby stick is in the shade cherry red and has amazing pigmentation with a glossy finish. It contains natural plant waxes and oils helping to moisturise the lips. £8.00 next.co.uk/shop

So that's my contents of my April Glossybox. I think it's a rather fabulous box which a great mix of products and fab full sizes. What are your thoughts? If you get Glossybox do let me know what you received in your box. Not a subscriber but want to be? Click here to sign up!

Home haul ... I LOVE my newbies

Having picked up a few newbies for the home recently, I thought it was only right to do a little home haul post! I love seeing what people have been purchasing, I mainly watch YouTube video hauls, but as I don't do YouTube I'm sharing all here. I do have some new beauty newbies so look out for that in a post soon!

My first and one of my favourite things is my Primark carnival style light. I'm a little bit obsessed with these battery lights for the home and love copper so as soon as I saw this I had to have it. It's actually rather larger than I first thought, making it such a fab deal at £12. It's makes for a great feature even when not lit.

During the same shopping trip to Intu Merry Hill we popped into the fabulous Paperchase. I adore that shop, so many inspiring bits and bobs. On the way out I spotted the postcard stand and saw sooo many cute ones, me and my daughter loved loads. So we picked a few that we thought would go lovely in her new room, and we have since framed them all. Bargains at 70p each.

Since we have been changing my daughters room we have been on the look out for more books to add to our collection, and mini library (goals!). So if you love books you will be loving the next few items. We already have quite the collection but have added some amazing books recently.

We love children's classic books so when I spotted Mary Poppins on the Book Depository website that was a must. Up until recently I had never purchased from their website, but I have to say it's fab, postage is free in the UK and some of the books are great prices. This was only £3.75 and doesn't it have the most beautiful illustration on the cover, really sits well on our IKEA Mosslanda shelves.

More books from the Book Depository but via Amazon were the beauty's above, these are the Puffin Classics chalk editions. I have to say buying through Amazon is mighty annoying as you have to pay £2.80 each book for postage, but then some books are super cheap list price. So swings and roundabouts really. I thought these were truly beautiful and a great addition to our collection.

For Mother's Day I received the most beautiful edition of Alice in Wonderland in the Barnes and Noble leatherbound book. I've been wanting more ever since, looking in TKMaxx most days as that's where my hubby found the Alice book. But I had a money off deal email from WHSmith's the one day and they were on a savings also, so I ordered these two that were on my WishList. I adore the Wizard of Oz stories and thought the Snow Queen and other winter tales sounds so magical.

These leatherbound classics are the most gorgeously made and perfect keep sakes for our family. Having looked online I can see there are many more, but some are super hard to get as they seem to release different ones at different times. If you know more about this then please let me know. I would absolutely love to own the Narnia version and really want to add more to our collection.

So that's it for my home haul. I have a few more hauls coming up, hope you like them.
